Shipping Information Delivery
across Australia are set prices determined by states.. To keep costs down, we selected
"Australia
Post" with all
deliveries sent via Airmail. This is a very reliable and cost-effective
method. If you need faster
delivery, we can certainly arrange that. Just advise us in the "Additional
Information" notes section when completing We have included a
standard charge for local, interstate and international deliveries. On
making your selection email us your address and selection and we will give
you a more accurate price.

long will it take? Most international
deliveries take between 6 and 10 days, but please allow up to 21 days
from the time you made your order to the arrival of your package. Order processing and
dispatch -
Normally we have stock on hand to package and dispatch well within 24 hours
of your online order. But sometimes we will need to source from our
suppliers, and that could take 3 to 5 working days. In addition to the
first email to you confirming your order, if there is going to be a delay we
will notify you via email immediately. We also send an email when your
order has been dispatched. Airmail delivery time
- Airmail is not an express delivery service, but the expected length of
time for your parcel to arrive in the
US
is 6-8 working days after dispatch. Depending on your location, it can take
a little longer, but on most deliveries it can be sooner. Airmail arrives
as quickly as the local service will allow, so we can't give you a
definitive delivery time. For deliveries within
Australia, your package will arrive within 2-5 working days. Note that Business
Days do not include Western Australian public holidays or weekends. When purchasing from
Australia and paying by cheque or money order, goods will not be dispatched
until funds have been cleared. Shipping does not get
added to your total until you are in the Checkout process. We can't
calculate your shipping costs until we know where you live, so first we need
to ask for your address. Then we display the total order, including
the shipping charge. Only after that point do we ask for your
payment details. Refunds Upon receipt of unused,
saleable items, we will credit your credit card or post you a money order.
Goods must be returned in excellent, as-new, "resaleable" condition. Please
respect goods that you return and include the original packaging. Any and all postage
costs are excluded from the refund. Buyer pays for return of goods back to
Downtown Doggy, However all returned
goods that are not in the result of our error will incur a re-stocking fee.
For sized items, such as collars and coats, please try these on your pet
before removing the tag. Please email us before returning goods.
